Personalised backpacks require 2–4 business days for embroidery.

Shipping usually takes 6–12 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

3. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Because each backpack is custom-made, changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this period, production has already started and we’re unable to edit or cancel.

4. What size are the backpacks? Can they fit school items?

Yes! Our backpacks are designed with parents in mind.
